Berta Bickart holds a degree in Linguistics with a Major in English and a certificate as a Teacher of English from the University of Chile and also a certificate as an Executive Bilingual Secretary from Manpower Chile. Previously, she worked for an NGO and for an Embassy. She joined J-PAL LAC in September of 2009.
