Conner Brannen holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Wesleyan University. In 2010, she worked for IPA, J-PAL’s partner organization, as an evaluation coordinator in Western Kenya, where she oversaw and managed the implementation of three randomized evaluations. Conner, who joined the J-PAL policy team in 2011, assists with policy analysis and outreach. Her responsibilities include: helping to prepare policy materials to support J-PAL’s outreach efforts; writing summaries of J-PAL studies to inform NGO’s, governments and donors on cost-effective programs; and helping to maintain the website.
