Florencia Devoto holds an Masters in Public Administration/International Development (MPA/ID) degree from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelors degree in Economics from University of Buenos Aires. Previously she worked as a research fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank where she helped evaluate the Oportunidades (Progresa) program. She joined J-PAL in 2006 and is currently engaged in evaluations in the areas of microcredit, access to water, and education.
