Dylan Glover joined J-PAL Europe in September 2007 and is currently working on a project designed to measure the impacts of store manager’s prejudice on employee performance and advancement in France. He also works on an evaluation of the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s Enterprise Support Project in Morocco. Dylan holds a BA in Political Economy from the University of California at Berkeley. Before joining J-PAL, he worked on a community sanitation and education project in Honduras, coordinated a youth mentoring and college preparatory program in troubled areas of Oakland, California and worked at a development and drug policy think-tank addressing policy questions in Afghanistan.
