Leah Horgan joined J-PAL's Global Office in 2010 and is responsible for website management, in-house graphic design and marketing, and coordination of the Policy Group’s programs and conferences. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Suffolk University and is additionally responsible for assisting the Policy Group’s recruitment efforts. Leah also assists the Director of Policy and the Policy Group with various administrative tasks.
