Jeff joined J-PAL in August 2009 and is currently assisting Abhijit Banerjee in the design, implementation and analysis of good governance programs in northern India. He spent his first year with J-PAL at Global headquarters in Cambridge, his second year at J-PAL South Asia's regional office in Patna, Bihar, and has returned to J-PAL Global for his third year. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Swarthmore College.
