Bryan Plummer obtained a B.A. in International Development from McGill University in 2007, with an interest in North Korean politics and human rights issues. Soon after graduation, he joined the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab in India working on the Social Networks and Microfinance project in Karnataka. He subsequently worked for Innovations for Poverty Action in Liberia on evaluations pertaining to a Peace Education/Community Empowerment program, as well as on an Ex-Combatant Reintegration Program.
Now at the Cambridge office, Bryan is overseeing several projects in East Africa (coffee farming and cooperatives) and India (microfinance), is helping coordinate resources for Field RA's, and contributes to other general J-PAL operations.
