Victor Pouliquen joined J-PAL in 2008 and is currently working on three randomized evaluations focusing on education and health in Morocco, Ghana and Kenya. The first evaluation looks at the impact of a conditional cash transfer program in education in rural Morocco, the second looks at the effect of a scholarships program in secondary education in Ghana, and the third one looks at the impact of different HIV/AIDS prevention programs in Kenya.
