Letitia comes to J-PAL from an educational NGO where she was the Office Manager. She provided administrative and financial assistance to various projects in Early Childhood Development, Community Leadership, School Social Improvement and Supported Employment within Cape Town. She also has a financial background having worked at ABSA Bank and at Natwest Bank in the UK. She brings 20 years of experience working in large corporates and small non-profits. At J-PAL Africa, Letitia will provide administrative support, setting up office systems and coordinating various logistics and events.
