Naveen joined J-PAL in June 2011. He works as a Research Associate for a project on mid-day meals in Keonjhar District in Orissa. He completed his undergraduate degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. During this time he volunteered and interned in many NGOs working on different issues in a variety of regions. He went on to pursue a Master’s in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He intends to pursue a career in public policy and his core areas of interest are poverty reduction, education, and livelihoods.
