Flavy Sen Sharma
Flavy Sen Sharma is a Senior Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia where she has been executing and managing research projects that test ways to increase citizens' access to public services in urban and rural India. She has worked extensively on the Haqdarshak Project which tests the impact of innovative technological solutions in overcoming challenges in public service delivery.
Before joining J-PAL, she was an intern with Chatham House in London where she contributed to research on meeting the energy needs of refugees with renewable energy. Flavy has also supported research projects on sustainable development and public policy at organizations like the Rockefeller Foundation in Bangkok and ICRIER in New Delhi.
Flavy holds an MSc in global politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a bachelor of arts degree in history from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
