Steve Sousa

IT Manager, J-PAL Global

Steve Sousa is the IT Manager at J-PAL Global. In this role he provides IT leadership and works with each group to improve their use of technology in support of research, training, policy outreach, and administrative functions. His role also includes oversight of IT activities and providing a strategic vision for IT related systems and data.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2019, he worked at the Archdiocese of Boston as a project manager and developer. In that role he implemented and managed the development of their Salesforce services and built a data warehouse to standardize enterprise data.
