Kalila Jackson-Spieker is a Policy Manager at J-PAL North America. Prior to joining J-PAL, Kalila worked for the public health initiative ReThink Health and a number of social sector consulting groups including Impact Catalysts, Root Cause, and Third Sector New England. In these roles, Kalila conducted research and analysis on trends in the nonprofit sector, guided strategic planning activities, and developed performance measurement systems. Currently, Kalila also serves as a Resident Tutor at Harvard University.
Kalila holds a master's in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a BA in international affairs from the University of Washington.
