Parul joined the Delhi office of J-PAL South Asia in July 2018. Parul contributes strategic guidance and oversight to all HR related functions with an objective of enhancing internal organizational processes and staff development to allow J-PAL South Asia to continue to grow and fulfill its mission.
Parul has over 13 years of experience related to HR operations and strategic initiatives, talent acquisition and development, policy and process design, performance management, staff engagement, and organizational development. Parul holds a master's in HR management from University of Rajasthan and a postgraduate diploma in business management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Jaipur. She is certified in HR analytics and is an internationally certified user of Thomas Assessment Tools.
