Economics Nobel Celebrates Asking the Right Questions

The Nobel Prize just awarded to Abhijit Banerjee, Esther Duflo and Michael Kremer is the second in five years to be won by development economists. And the differences between the two are revealing. Professors at Harvard and MIT who are all associated with the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, the three economists transformed their field by providing incontrovertible answers to clearly defined questions.
