Elisabeth O'Toole is a Research Associate at J-PAL North America where she primarily works on the Pay For Success evaluation of Nurse-Family Partnership. In this role, she oversees study fielding efforts by providing technical and communicative support between the research team and implementing agencies in South Carolina. Before J-PAL, Elisabeth spent a year as a Research Associate with the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities at the University of Notre Dame. In this role, she managed impact evaluation studies of social service programs in the United States. She has also gained experience in international development and social entrepreneurship through internship and research opportunities in Guatemala and Nicaragua.
Elisabeth holds a BA in international economics with a Spanish concentration from the University of Notre Dame.
