Rizka Diandra Firdaus

Rizka Diandra Firdaus is a Senior Policy and Communications Associate at J-PAL Southeast Asia. As part of the communications team, Rizka leads the production of communication materials and handles event management. As part of the policy team, Rizka is the focal point for fundraising activities and is responsible for liaising with the Global team. Before assuming this position, Rizka has experience working as a business development associate at Ernst & Young Indonesia, and as a research intern at Italy-ASEAN Association.

Rizka obtained her master's degree in cultural diplomacy from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore where she focused her study in arts and media for global communications and international relations. She also holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from Parahyangan Catholic University. Here, she served as a research assistant at the Parahyangan Center for European Studies.
