Ishita Gupta

Ishita is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where she is currently working with the Punjab Police Department on an intervention promoting Gender Sensitive Policing. Prior to that she worked on a project that studied women's labour force participation through implementing internet mediated gig jobs at the Behavioral Development Lab housed in J-PAL SA.

Her research interests include gender, education, labour and other intersectionality. Ishita holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Jadavpur University.
