Claudia Martínez

Claudia is an Full Professor in the Department of Economics at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Her research focuses on distribution of power inside households, migration, education and public policies in developing countries. Previous and current projects include: impact study of controls on remittances and savings of transnational families in El Salvador, education expectations in Chile, micro-entrepreneurial and savings programs.

Claudia earned her PhD in economics from the University of Michigan.
