Sammy Pan

Sammy is a Research Associate working on climate, public policy, and utility-related research projects at J-PAL Africa. Before joining J-PAL, Sammy worked as a short-term consultant for the World Bank, as a Data Analyst at DataFirst, and as a teaching and research assistant at the University of Cape Town (UCT). Sammy holds BBusSc (Honours) in Economics and MCom in Applied Economics from UCT. He is also a Yenching scholar at Yenching Academy, a prestigious interdisciplinary graduate program at Peking University.
