Rupasree Srikumar

Research Manager, J-PAL South Asia

Rupasree Srikumar is currently managing the Non-Communicable Disease Project in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, that aims to design scalable incentives to cost-effectively reinforce lifestyle changes with the goal of reducing the economic and health burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in the state.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2016, she worked with Chennai Behavioral Economics Lab, affiliated with IFMR-LEAD, and contributed to multiple randomized evaluations undertaken in the field of development and behavioral economics. She holds a bachelor's in technology, majoring in biotechnology, from SRM University, Tamil Nadu, and a post-graduate diploma in public health services management from Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPH-PHFI).
