Aditya works on the Delhi Voters Project, which seeks to understand how information provision affects voting preferences in Delhi slums and middle-class areas. He is a bachelors degree candidate pursuing a major in History and minor in Economics at Harvard University, employed at J-PAL for the 2011-2 year. He has interest in issues of governance, public service provision, and microfinance. While at Harvard, he served as a research assistant to Amartya Sen and edited the Harvard International Review, a quarterly journal of international affairs. He has spent summers working at the Argentine Federation of Grameen Replicas and at the Special Situations Group of Goldman Sachs & Co.
