Paul Niehaus is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at UC San Diego. He is also a Junior Affiliate at the Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development (BREAD), and an Affiliate at the Center of Evaluation for Global Action (CEGA). His research deals with welfare and corruption in developing countries and with learning processes.
