Anna Yalouris holds a B.A. in Economics from Bates College. In 2008, Anna attended the University of Khon Kaen in Thailand where she studied development and globalization and worked with communities facing human rights violations associated with export agriculture, natural resource destruction and informal labor rights. Anna joined J-PAL in 2009, where she assists policy analysis and outreach. She is responsible for drafting research briefs used to inform NGOs and governments on cost-effective public health and education interventions and for writing policy recommendations used to support the J-PAL outreach effort. Anna also helps monitor the integrity of the J-PAL website.
