W. Violette Russ

Violette is a Senior Project Associate at J-PAL, where she leads and supports the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CRM applications across global offices. She advances technical assistance efforts by shaping program strategy and design, improving business processes, and collaborating with staff, MIT teams, and external partners to drive effective implementation.

Prior to J-PAL, Violette served as a Senior Business Developer at an engineering firm and a Senior Business Analyst at a major e-commerce company. Her career spans business development, operations, analytics, and technology, with a focus on using technology and process improvement to better serve organizations and communities.

Violette earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Management from UMass, Lowell and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Information Cybersecurity at SNHU.
