W. Violette Russ

W. Violette Russ is a Senior Project Associate at J-PAL, where she leads and supports the implementation of Salesforce CRM applications across global offices. In this role, she advances J-PAL’s technical assistance efforts by shaping program strategy and design and collaborating closely with staff, MIT teams, and external partners to drive effective implementation.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Violette served as a Senior Business Developer at an engineering firm and as a Senior Business Analyst at a major e-commerce company. Throughout her career, she has held diverse roles that reflect her commitment to service, enabling her to serve others in places of adversity and diversity.

Violette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Application Development at Southern New Hampshire University.
