Maxfield Hubych

Maxfield Hubych joined J-PAL Global in November 2024 as a Senior Finance and Operations Associate. He provides support for financial and operational management at J-PAL Global, ensuring efficiency in business operations through grant management, project support, financial reporting and analysis, and contributions to various J-PAL initiatives.

Max joined J-PAL from DAI, a USAID implementing partner based in Washington, DC, where he managed large contract budgets and played a key role in developing the company’s financial management systems. In this capacity, he worked closely with various USAID Missions, Bureaus, and Independent Offices.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College, Santa Fe, with a double major in Philosophy and Literature.
