Lucie Fourel

Lucie Fourel is a Senior Research Associate at J-PAL Europe, working on the Innovation, Data, and Experimentation in Education (IDEE) program.

Before joining J-PAL, Lucie worked as a project manager on several research projects evaluating education programs, collaborating with various research teams. She also worked as an associate at IDinsight in the Morocco office and gained additional experience through internships at the OECD Development Centre and in consulting firms specializing in public policy evaluation.

Lucie holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Development from the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE).
