Angela Ciceri

Angela Ciceri is a Senior Policy Associate at J-PAL Europe, where she works on the Innovation, Data, and Experimentation in Education (IDEE) program — a government-funded initiative that supports the development of experimental research in education across France.

Before joining J-PAL, Angela served as a Research Partnership Officer at the Paris School of Economics, where she helped establish and manage Horizon Europe research projects. Earlier in her career, she worked at the OECD as a Junior Policy Analyst, contributing to a range of publications and events focused on education and gender equality.

Angela holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management in Southern Countries from Sciences Po Bordeaux (France) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad del Rosario (Colombia). A native Spanish speaker, she is fluent in English and French.
