Jesse Gubb

Jesse Gubb is a Senior Research Manager at J-PAL North America. In his role, he manages complex research projects, works closely with affiliated researchers to scope and design new randomized evaluations, and supports a team of research associates who collect, clean, and analyze data. Drawing on lessons learned from implementing real-world research, Jesse also develops research resources, where he led the development of the Health Care Evaluation Toolkit and resources on null results, and frequently contributes to training courses, such as J-PAL's Evaluating Social Programs and Research Staff Training. 

Jesse holds a PhD in government from Harvard University, where he studied the American presidency, and a BA in political science from Middlebury College.
