Sarah Miller is an Associate Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Her research focuses on health economics with an interest in health insurance coverage and the effects of income on health and well-being.

Sarah is the co-editor of the Journal of Public Economics. Prior to joining the University of Michigan, Sarah was an Assistant Professor of Economics at Notre Dame. She is the recipient of the ASHEcon Medal, given by the American Society of Health Economists to an economist aged 40 or younger who has made the most significant contributions to the field of health economics.

Sarah holds a PhD in economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
