Jeniffer de Souza

Jeniffer de Souza is a Senior People and Culture Associate at J-PAL Latin America and the Caribbean (J-PAL LAC), where she works on strengthening people operations, organizational culture, and internal systems that support teams across the region. Her work focuses on improving core people processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and feedback cycles while supporting knowledge management practices that help maintain clear and consistent organizational processes across offices.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Jeniffer worked on research projects focused on the evaluation of interventions aimed at improving early childhood socio-emotional development.

She holds a master’s degree in psychology from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the same institution.
