Aravind Nair

Aravind is a Senior Policy Associate in the Scale-Ups team at J-PAL South Asia. He works closely with government stakeholders and implementing partners to support efforts to scale up the Gender Equity Curriculum and the Boosting Immunization Demand program. He also manages donor reporting for the ASPIRE grant, which funds government-led scale-ups across themes including education, social inclusion, health and environment.

Prior to joining J-PAL, he worked closely with government stakeholders across two states, leading the implementation and process evaluation of flagship government schemes - as a Consultant at Centre for Research in Schemes and Policies (CRISP) in Rajasthan and as a Chief Minister's Good Governance Associate (CMGGA) in Haryana.

Aravind holds a Master's degree in Development from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru and Bachelor's in Economics from Ramjas College, University of Delhi.
