Michaela Tobin

Michaela Tobin is a Senior Training Associate at J-PAL Global, where she develops and delivers impact evaluation training offerings for policymakers and researchers.

Previously, Michaela worked at World Education, providing technical assistance and project management support to global education programs across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Eastern Caribbean, and the United States, with a focus on adult education and lifelong learning. She also worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist at Tetra Tech ARD. 

Michaela holds an EdM in education policy and analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in international affairs and political science from Northeastern University.
