Tomas Briceño

Tomás is the Senior Manager at J-PAL LAC, where he oversees the finances and operations of J-PAL’s offices in Chile, Brazil, and Guatemala. He provides operational structure as well as budget and expense information to the various areas and projects within the organization.

Before joining J-PAL in 2025, he served as Finance Manager at La Tercera and as Chief Financial Officer at Metro International S.A. in Ecuador, Guatemala, and Puerto Rico, in addition to holding the role of Latam Financial Controller for the same group, among other responsibilities.

Tomás holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and has Master’s degrees in Accounting and in Taxation, both from the Universidad de Chile.
