Sannidhanam Neeraja Ali

Sannidhanam Neeraja Ali is a Project Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where she oversees the implementation and evaluation of 'Collective Action for Irrigation Channels' project in Telangana. The project evaluates the extent of agency and community participation in decision-making, and examines the impact on various outcomes. Neeraja Ali is also working on the endline evaluation of the Mission-Kakatiya program of the Telangana Government. 

Neeraja has worked extensively on other projects within J-PAL such as ‘Smart card (MNREGA), Mission Kakatiya baseline (Agriculture) and Mindspark (Education). 

Neeraja joined J-PAL South Asia as surveyor in 2007. Before joining J-PAL, she worked at Idinsight (Field Manager), and as a Monitor at IMRB, Nielson, and HUL. 

Neeraja is known for her hard work in field operations, dedication and for her ability to quickly learn things within the organization. She is a travel enthusiast and likes long drives.
