Urmi Paranjpye (they/them) is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia.
They work on projects focused on skilling and employment opportunities for rural-to-urban migrant women. Prior to joining J-PAL, they were a Research Associate at the Centre for Economic Data and Analysis (CEDA) at Ashoka University.
They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Fergusson College and a Master's degree in Economics from Azim Premji University.
