Khushboo Patel

Khushboo Patel is a Policy Intern at J-PAL Africa. She will support efforts to promote the use of rigorous evidence in education policy by scoping opportunities for research and engagement, mapping potential partnerships, and developing communications and strategy content. Khushboo holds a Master of Science in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco. Prior to joining J-PAL, she worked with the International Food Policy Research Institute as a consultant on a systematic review of interventions to improve agricultural adoption, and with UCSF’s Public Health Department on an intervention for reproductive health research in Rajasthan, India. She has experience with randomized controlled trials, and data analysis, and has supported projects across Kenya and India. Khushboo also holds dual bachelor's degrees in International Affairs and Economics from the University of the Pacific.
