Jotsana Singh is an HR Associate at J-PAL South Asia (IFMR). In her current role, she oversees HR service delivery and manages end-to-end employee processes across the organization. Her responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding of interns, consultants, and full-time employees; managing the employee lifecycle; serving as the primary point of contact for all employee queries; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders; and ensuring accurate data management through systems such as HCMS and Salesforce. Her work supports seamless HR functioning and contributes to efficient people operations.
Jotsana began her journey as an HR intern, supporting key HR activities such as onboarding, early-life experience initiatives, internal HR audits, data management, and event planning. She was later promoted to HR Assistant, where she expanded her involvement in core HR processes and strengthened her understanding of organizational operations. Her consistent performance and growing expertise ultimately led to her current role as HR Associate.
Jotsana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Chandigarh University, where she pursued a dual specialization in Human Resource (HR) and Marketing. Prior to her postgraduate studies, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran, which is affiliated with I.K.G. Punjab Technical University.
