Ericsson Ansah-Antwi is a Research Work Study Student at J-PAL North America. He supports trainings such as Research Staff Training (RST) and Advanced Research Training in Evaluation, Methods, and Impact Studies (ARTEMIS), analyzes feedback survey data, and compiles participant reports. He also assists in developing and testing new technical training exercises, maintains organizational data in Salesforce, and collaborates with policy teams to update trackers that monitor J-PAL-funded studies across sector areas.

Prior to his current role, Ericsson joined J-PAL North America in 2025 as a Research and Events Work Study Student. He has also conducted political economy research with MIT’s Department of Political Science and served as a project manager for the Ansah-Antwi Foundation, his family’s nonprofit organization that delivers school, technology, and medical supplies to communities in Ghana.

Ericsson is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computing with a concentration in Economics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he will graduate in 2029.
