Lulu Qonita

Lulu is a Policy Associate working on policy projects and partnerships. In this role, she works closely with J-PAL SEA's Executive Director Lina Marliani, to support policy engagement initiatives and build partnerships with various stakeholders.

Prior to her current role, Lulu worked as a Research Associate at J-PAL Southeast Asia and as a Research Assistant at the Australian National University’s Global Institute for Women’s Leadership. Earlier, at New York University, she served as a Research Assistant to several professors and as a full-time Dean’s Fellow, supporting the university’s Senior Leadership Team on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

She holds a Master of Public Policy with Commendation from the Australian National University’s Crawford School of Public Policy, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from New York University.
