Dilnovoz Abdurazzakova
Research Fellow, J-PAL Europe
Dilnovoz Abdurazzakova is a Research Fellow at J-PAL Europe, where she currently coordinates research projects in Uzbekistan, and a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Central European University.
Before joining J-PAL Europe, Dilnovoz worked as a consultant for the World Bank, supporting research and survey initiatives across Central Asia and the South Caucasus. She also served as a Ph.D. Research Fellow at the Center for International Development (CID) at Harvard Kennedy School, where she designed and evaluated interventions aimed at increasing girls’ participation in STEM fields and improving educational outcomes in Uzbekistan.
Her research focuses on development and education economics, particularly on policies that promote gender equality, strengthen teacher motivation, and enhance student learning outcomes in low- and middle-income countries.
Dilnovoz holds an M.A. in Economics from Central European University and a B.Sc. in Economics with Finance from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
