Aadhya Dhar

Aadhya Dhar is a Communications Associate with the Policy, Training and Communications team at J-PAL South Asia, where she supports the organization's communication efforts through design and information visualization to produce stakeholder-facing knowledge material. Aadhya develops visual and communication strategies that translate J-PAL South Asia's research evidence into accessible and gripping narratives for diverse audiences.

Prior to joining J-PAL, she built experience across the social sector in communications and research. At the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago (EPIC India), she designed communications campaigns around environment policy and market-based climate solutions, particularly on carbon markets and the Emissions Trading Scheme in Gujarat. She also interned with the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where she supported research on urban public health infrastructure to improve the efficiency of public service delivery through urban Health and Wellness Centres.

Aadhya holds a bachelor of arts in journalism from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.
