Atho Naufal Ridwan

Naufal Ridwan is a Research Associate at J-PAL Southeast Asia, where he currently works on a pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT) focused on early childhood development.

Prior to joining J-PAL SEA, Naufal was part of Indonesia Mengajar and was assigned to Maluku to support educational development in remote areas.

He later completed his master’s degree at the humanitarian and conflict response institute, University of Manchester, with a focus on host community attitudes toward refugees. He earned his Bachelor's degree in international relations from Sebelas Maret University.
