Neeti Prakash

Neeti Prakash is a Training Manager at J-PAL South Asia, where she works on capacity building in monitoring and evaluation. Her role focuses on technical advisory services, conducting training workshops, leading the development of knowledge products, and supporting the activities of the CLEAR South Asia Center.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2026, Neeti worked at the Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office (DMEO), NITI Aayog, where she was responsible for national evaluation studies of Government of India schemes across sectors including health, labour, and sustainable development; monitoring and performance reviews for central government programmes; and capacity building for government officials. She has also previously worked on social impact evaluations at the Tata Institute for Social Sciences, Mumbai and has managed corporate social responsibility (CSR) at the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC).

Neeti holds a master’s degree in social work from the Tata Institute for Social Sciences, Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.
