Rania Putri is a Senior Research Associate at J-PAL Southeast Asia. She is currently working on the development and management of the randomized evaluation on performance improvement of tax offices in Indonesia. Prior to joining J-PAL, Rania has had extensive internship experiences in various institutions, including PwC Indonesia, Bank Indonesia in London and The Habibie Center.

Rania holds a bachelor’s degree in government and economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), graduating with First Class Honors. During her time at university, she worked as a Research Assistant at LSE’s Electoral Psychology Observatory, where she organized and conducted intergenerational focus group interviews for an ongoing research on first-time voters.
