Ana Flávia Silva de Paula

Ana Flávia Silva de Paula is a research associate at J-PAL LAC where she works on the project Crescer aprendendo: impact on teachers and parents that will evaluate an early-childhood intervention that teaches parents and teachers important tools to foment children's cognitive and socio-emotional skills. Prior to joining J-PAL in 2023, she worked at IBRE FGV, IPEA and Insper as a researcher. Ana is a PhD student in Economics from Insper and holds a BA in Economics from the Universidade Federal Fluminense.
