Amira Ali

Amira Ali is a Senior Capacity Building Associate at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa, where she designs and delivers learning programs that strengthen partners’ understanding of impact evaluation and randomized evaluations. Her work focuses on adapting global training content to the MENA context—developing workshops, case studies, and practical exercises that help policymakers, practitioners, and researchers apply evidence in real-world settings. 

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2023, she worked as the Head of Board of Trustees at Life From Water foundation, and worked at the French University in Egypt as an Assistant Lecturer. 

Amira Ali holds a Master's degree in Economics from Ain Shams University.
