Kanika Gandhi

Kanika is a Senior Policy Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where she facilitates the Labour Markets and Firms sectors. Her work focuses on building the research pipeline, disseminating evidence, and fostering collaboration between researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to promote evidence-based policymaking. She also coordinates researcher engagement efforts.

Previously, Kanika has worked at the Boston Consulting Group in the Middle East and on projects with the United Nations Population Fund, Better Work, and the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership.

She holds a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah.
