Persona Gemilang
Research Manager, J-PAL Southeast Asia
Persona Gemilang is a Research Manager at J-PAL Southeast Asia, where he manages research projects across a range of topics. Previously, he supported the development and piloting of interventions to increase the uptake of palm oil replanting programs among smallholder farmers. He is also involved in exploratory and pilot interventions research related to health, early childhood education and development, financial inclusion, and labor outcomes, focusing on leveraging digitalization and AI-related solutions.
Prior joining J-PAL SEA, Gemilang received his master degree from tropical medicine Gadjah Mada University, and working in HIV & TB research, which also related to human rights & gender advocacy and community development.
